Please note that we are currently only able to ship to addresses within Europe. If you wish to purchase goods through Considera from outside Europe, please contact us.
We aim to process orders within 1 to 4 business days from the time you place your order. If a delay is likely we will contact you.†An email messge will be sent to you as soon as your payment details are approved and a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order.†Preparations will be sent by parcel post. If you do not claim a package it will be returned to Considera. In this case, we will refund your money, less the shipping and a £5 fee to cover handling.
Returns & Refunds
If any item in your order is missing or damaged when delivered to you, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement as soon as possible and at no extra cost.
If you receive different goods to those requested, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an appropriate exchange.
Please note that all problems should be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order. We may not be able to help after this time.
